Grandpa Moustache's Cheesecakes started with Peter Brown, a retired NYPD sergeant with a passion for baking. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Peter spent over 35 years perfecting his cheesecakes, earning multiple awards along the way.

What began as a family tradition soon became a local sensation, with his legendary cheesecakes winning over judges and customers alike. In 2023, Peter and his wife, June, brought their dream to life by opening a shop in North Myrtle Beach. Today, every cheesecake is made with the same dedication, quality, and bold Brooklyn spirit that started it all.
